DTRG Registry Services provides documentation assistance, drafting support, and registry guidance for property-related matters in Gurgaon, Haryana.
Nature of Services
- We provide documentation assistance and drafting support
- We do NOT provide legal advice
- We do NOT guarantee registration outcomes
- We are NOT a law firm or legal service provider
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Upload genuine documents only
- Review drafts carefully before proceeding
- Be present for registration as required by law
- Pay applicable government fees and stamp duty
Document Upload Terms
By uploading documents, you confirm that:
- You have the right to share these documents
- The documents are genuine and unaltered
- You authorize DTRG to review them for drafting assistance
Payment Terms
Service fees are separate from government charges (stamp duty, registration fee). Government charges are payable directly to authorities.
Cancellation
You may cancel your request at any stage before final submission to authorities. Refund policies apply as per the stage of work completed.
Limitation
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for delays caused by government offices or third parties.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
